Project Introduction
Hilton Dili Palm Springs Hotel is a 4-star hotel. It situated in Dili’s embassy and business district, Hilton Dili Palm Springs looks out over the tropical mountains and sparkling ocean of Timor-Leste’s north coast. A contemporary interior, with locally influenced décor, the hotel is a relaxing escape for business and leisure travellers alike. Enjoying natural light throughout the property, guests can indulge in many dining options and beautiful views from the rooftop bar or the guestrooms private balconies.
Hotel scopes of works include 150 guestrooms and suites, four food and beverage offerings, executive club lounge, grand ballroom, function/meeting rooms, a gym, a children’s pool, an outdoor pool, a health club, and 949 square meters conference space with conference facilities.
The hotel’s total construction cost is estimated to be US$43 million and expected to open operations in 2024. The design of the hotel is expected to be compliant with IFC green building EDGE standards.
Bidder’s roles and responsibilities;
Roles：Guestroom & Public Loose & Fix Furniture
During the contract period, Harman Furniture Co., Ltd. is responsible for the fix furniture design, production and installation in 150 guestrooms and suites, and other key public area such as four food and beverage offerings, executive club lounge, grand ballroom, function/meeting rooms and gym.
Responsibilities:
1.In accordance with the contract agreement, according to the drawings, provide the customer with the supply of Hilton Hotel event furniture items in the location specified by the customer during the contract period.It should include furniture name, specification, style, quantity, unit price, raw materials and other detailed attachment table.
2.According to the specific requirements of customer customized furniture, furniture deepening diagram is made.
3.Responsible for the quality control of finished furniture, and complete the production, delivery and placement of related work on schedule.
