The Harman Furniture Group is proud to be the custom-made furniture contractor for the Conrad Osaka luxury 5-star Hotel. We have contracted the loose furniture and some build-in furniture for the public areas and 189 rooms of the hotel.

For the Conrad Osaka strictly follows the requirements of our partners. We always insist on quality control that use imported ash wood for indoor solid wood furniture(bedside table, coffee table, sofa leg, armchair leg, working table, etc.), the best-quality leather and fabric for soft furniture(bed screen, sofa, armchair, etc.). Considering it is a seaside hotel, there is plenty of outdoor furniture that bespoke outdoor furniture made of teak, is not easy to deform, corrosion and cracking.
From the selection of raw materials, sample development, workmanship, finished product quality inspection, experienced masters on-site installation of solid furniture, detailed protection of finished furniture transportation process, and then to the anti-collision protection of the on-site placement process, every detail is seriously and rigorously treated.

Harman has also worked with a number of five-star hotels in Japan, such as Mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection, Hyatt Regency Japan, The Westin Yokohama, Fuji Speedway Hotel, etc. Among them, Mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection we also have a separate model room in the exhibition hall of our factory, which is provided for customers visiting our factory to visit.
Contract Furniture Process
- We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
- FF&E Drawings Received.
- Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
- Then we will start the quotation
- Sign the contract.
- Shop the product drawing.
- Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
- Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
- Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
- It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
- Full site inspection & review.
- And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
