Harman Furniture Group is a professional manufacturer for luxury 5-star hospitality bespoke furniture, we are delighted to have the opportunity to participate in the design of the interior furniture for the hotel renovation program. Banyan Tree Dubai officially opened in 2018, and in 2023, Harman was approached by the head of the hotel’s renovation plan to provide the right furniture for the owners through our professional and unique understanding of the hospitality furniture, as well as drawing on nearly 30 years of experience in furniture customization.
In the project, the area that needs to be renovated is part of the loose furniture of 178 guest rooms, restaurant furniture, lobby lounge furniture and outdoor furniture.
CustomPublic Area Furniture
Some of the event furniture in the public area needs to be replaced, such as the reception desk, armchairs, L-shaped sofa and glass coffee table in the lobby lounge, wooden high chairs in the bar, tables and dining chairs in the two restaurants. In the design of furniture, in order to make new furniture and old furniture can be a good integration, we sent their own professional designer team to the site to measure the size, reference materials and more in-depth understanding of the design of the hotel.
Bespoke Outdoor Furniture
Due to the location of the hotel is near the sea, so the sea water will have a certain corrosive effect on outdoor homes. Harman replaced the original cushions with high density and high resilience sponge cloth, and made the highest standard of outdoor waterproof and sunscreen treatment in the hotel renovation plan. And the outdoor wooden furniture is selected with high corrosion resistance and stability but also beautiful teak.
Customized Guest Room Furniture
The elegantly appointed rooms and suites blend natural materials with a touch of contemporary Asian flair, creating an organic warmth that extends to the private balcony.

In the future, we will also increase our investment and expand the luxury hotel custom furniture business in the Middle East.
Contract Furniture Process
- We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
- FF&E Drawings Received.
- Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
- Then we will start the quotation
- Sign the contract.
- Shop the product drawing.
- Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
- Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
- Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
- It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
- Full site inspection & review.
- And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
