The luxury 5-star hotel is located in Marani, Philippines and officially opened in 2016. As the Customized Furniture contractor for the high-end hotel, Harman Furniture manufactures the furniture according to the FF&E sent by the customer and strictly monitors the quality of the furniture. According to the delivery date negotiated with the owner, we completed the shipment on time, and calculated the transportation time, and delivered to the Philippines within the specified time.

In this project, Harman is mainly responsible for the customization of event furniture and solid furniture for 576 guest rooms and public areas. After receiving the drawings sent by the owner, we communicated with them in time to deepen the drawings. Create two model rooms, as well as the event furniture samples, after constant communication and modification before mass production. This brings us to the advantages of Harman’s workshop.

Sample Development Workshop

• Before the formal production of furniture, Harman furniture will provide pre-production sample service, and the factory is equipped with a sample development workshop specializing in the production of samples, which can not only provide Hotel bespoke furniture such as beds, sofas, chairs and other samples, but also provide Build-in furniture samples such as wall wood panel, build-in wardrobe and others joinery Furniture .
• Some fixed wood panel more than two meters, such as wall panel, extended wardrobe panel or extended door panels, use lengthened veneer seamless splicing to ensure the fastness of the product, lengthened plywood can do 3.66 meters, lengthened veneer can do 3.8 meters.

Installation

After our furniture is made, we offer the owner two solutions for the installation of the furniture.

• One is that if the owner has his own installation team, we will send a professional installer to the site to guide the owner to promote the installation work, which is an additional service of Harman.
• The other is that we need our installation team to install on site and arrange personnel according to the size of the project.

Furniture installation we will according to the geographical location and construction environment requirements of the project, due consideration should be given to the proper combination of specialties and types of work. Each type of work should be equipped with no less than 10% senior technicians.

1. We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
2. FF&E Drawings Received.
3. Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
4. Then we will start the quotation
5. Sign the contract.
6. Shop the product drawing.
7. Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
8. Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
9. Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
10. It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
11. Full site inspection & review.
12. And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
