The St. Regis Chicago offers an uncompromising level of bespoke and anticipatory services for all of its guests and residential owners. Combining classic sophistication with a modern sensibility, the 5-star hotel features 159 luxurious guestrooms, 33 exquisite suites.

A bespoke high-end hotel furniture supplier and manufacturing- Harman
Harman, a bespoke high-end hotel furniture supplier and manufacturing, consisting of more than 1,000 experienced old craftsmen and professional technology and design research and development personnel. For this project, every room is understated and done in grays, white marbles, and earth tones—plus splashes of blue representing Lake Michigan. The Caroline Astor Suite, with a fainting couch overlooking the Chicago River and a circular tub separated from the main sleeping space by sliding smoked-glass doors. It comes with an extra powder room, a pullout sofa, and the option to connect spaces to transform into a two-bedroom suite for larger families.












The movement furniture and build-in decorative surfaces inside the hotel are produced and installed by Harman, ensuring that every detail of the hotel meets the requirements of customers. We have been in communication with the hotel side, carefully build every product, and strive to provide customers with the best quality service and comfortable accommodation experience.





Harman Responsibilities:
1.In accordance with the contract agreement, according to the drawings, provide the customer with the supply of The St. Regis Chicago event furniture items in the location specified by the customer during the contract period. It should include furniture name, specification, style, quantity, unit price, raw materials and other detailed attachment table.
2.According to the specific requirements of customer customized furniture, furniture deepening diagram is made.
3.Responsible for the quality control of finished furniture, and complete the production, delivery and placement of related work on schedule.
Contract Furniture Process
- We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
- FF&E Drawings Received.
- Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
- Then we will start the quotation
- Sign the contract.
- Shop the product drawing.
- Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
- Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
- Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
- It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
- Full site inspection & review.
- And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
