Luxury 5-star Hotels Customized Furniture Supplier

Harman was fortunate to participate in the event furniture bidding for the JW Marriott Hotel in the United States in 2021, and with our expertise in furniture for luxury 5-star hotels, we were successfully selected as the furniture supplier for the 5-star hotel.

We have our own production factory, the factory covers an area of 1200 square meters, with 950 workers. Two separate production line, It can meet production requirements of $4.2 million at the same time, which can meet 300-400 rooms capacity in 2 months at the same time. The annual turnover reaches 50 million US dollars.

With themes of luxury, modernity and comfort, Harman’s interior furnishings at JW Marriott are designed to create an elegant, homely environment for guests. We choose high quality materials and exquisite workmanship to ensure that the furniture is not only beautiful, but also durable and comfortable.

Harman Responsibilities:

  1. In accordance with the contract agreement, according to the drawings, provide the customer with the supply of JW Marriott Charlotte event furniture items in the location specified by the customer during the contract period. It should include furniture name, specification, style, quantity, unit price, raw materials and other detailed attachment table.
  2. According to the specific requirements of customer customized furniture, furniture deepening diagram is made.
  3. Responsible for the quality control of finished furniture, and complete the production, delivery and placement of related work on schedule.

Customizing Public Area Furntiure

The furniture design of public areas such as lobbies, restaurants and meeting rooms is also very important. The lobby will be equipped with luxurious sofas, tables and artwork to enhance the overall atmosphere and visual appeal. Restaurant tables and chairs are often designed to combine comfort and aesthetics to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience.

Custom-made Guest Room Furniture

In 180 guest rooms, beds, bedside tables, work benches, sofas and coffee tables in the lounge area are usually the main furnishings. The furniture is made of classic wood, such as oak or walnut, or modern metal and glass to reflect the overall style and brand identity of the hotel.

Contract Furniture Process

  1. We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
  2. FF&E Drawings Received.
  3. Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
  4. Then we will start the quotation
  5. Sign the contract.
  6. Shop the product drawing.
  7. Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
  8. Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
  9. Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
  10. It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
  11. Full site inspection & review.
  12. And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
