Harman is privileged to be the general contractor of this 5-star hotel, the pioneer of move-in condition for fine decoration engineering. It’s adhere to the core values of innovation, quality and excellence, with the goal of leading the industry’s fine tooling model, to provide high-quality decoration services for global owner.

As a custom furniture contractor for five-star hotel, the furniture products of Harman can cover all furniture types throughout the hotel. Solid furniture in the public area, such as entrance door, reception desk, lobby build-in wall panel, corridor wallpaper, lobby bar fixed table and shelves. Guest room fixed furniture such as sliding door, foyer wall panel, build-in cabinet, bed screen, TV backboard, mini bar and wash room basin. And some movable furniture such as lobby lounge sofa, chair, table, restaurant dinner table and desk, meeting room chairs, bedroom bed, bedside stand, stool, arm chair and others decorative artworks.

Harman Responsibilities:

  1. In accordance with the contract agreement, according to the drawings, provide the customer with the supply of The Ritz-Carlton, Portland event furniture items in the location specified by the customer during the contract period. It should include furniture name, specification, style, quantity, unit price, raw materials and other detailed attachment table.
  2. According to the specific requirements of customer customized furniture, furniture deepening diagram is made.
  3. Responsible for the quality control of finished furniture, and complete the production, delivery and placement of related work on schedule.

Contract Furniture Process

  1. We receive project information from owners, agencies, contractors, designers, or we receive an invitation to tender documents.
  2. FF&E Drawings Received.
  3. Discuss the technical details with the consultant and confirm details.
  4. Then we will start the quotation
  5. Sign the contract.
  6. Shop the product drawing.
  7. Mock-up or prototype production for customers to check.
  8. Bulk furniture full scale factory production.
  9. Products can be packaged after strict inspection and approval.
  10. It comes to the installation of build-in furniture and the placement of movement furniture.
  11. Full site inspection & review.
  12. And after-sales service begins when customer acceptance.
